Privacy Policy

St. Antony's Nursery & Primary School (Reg. No 3908/2004) is a nursery and primary school in Kariyapattinam, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled. It applies to the public website only — day-to-day school records are governed by our internal procedures and applicable education regulations.

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us:

• Admission enquiry form — parent name, phone number, optional email, child’s name, class of interest, and your message.
• Contact form — your name, a phone number and/or email, and your message.
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers.

Enquiry and contact submissions are used solely to respond to you — to arrange a school visit, answer questions, or follow up on an admission enquiry. We do not use this information for marketing lists, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host this website and its database.

Any information about a child (such as a name entered in the admission enquiry form) is provided by the parent or guardian and used only for the admission conversation. Photographs of children appearing on this website are published only in line with our Child Safety & Photo Consent Policy.

Form submissions are stored in the website’s secure content-management system, hosted on managed infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised school staff with individual, password-protected accounts. Login attempts are limited and accounts lock after repeated failures.

The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores at most two small values in your browser: your light/dark theme preference, and — for the current visit only — whether you closed the announcement bar. School staff who sign in to the admin panel receive a secure, HTTP-only session cookie.

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted through this website. Contact the school office by phone or through the contact page and we will act on your request promptly.

If we change how the website handles personal information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
