Child Safety & Photo Consent
Parents trust us with their most precious people. This policy explains how that trust extends to this website.

Our commitment
St. Antony's Nursery & Primary School puts child safety first — on campus and online. This policy covers how children appear on this website and how we handle photographs and personal details of students.
Photographs on this website
Photos of school life are published under these rules:
- Photographs of students are published only where parental consent has been recorded during admission or renewed for the academic year.
- A parent may withdraw photo consent at any time by informing the school office; affected photographs are removed from the website promptly.
- Photographs are never captioned with a child’s full name, class roll number, or any contact detail.
- Location metadata (EXIF/GPS) is not published with website images.
Who can publish
Only authorised staff accounts can upload photographs, and every teacher upload is held privately until a school administrator reviews and approves it. Nothing appears on the public website without that second check.
Student information online
This website is a showcase site. It does not host student records, attendance, marks, or any student-management data, and it never will under this policy. The only child-related data it processes is what a parent chooses to type into the admission enquiry form.
On-campus safeguarding (summary)
The website reflects the same standards we keep on campus:
- Fully walled campus with staff-supervised entry and exit; 24×7 CCTV coverage.
- Kindergarten children are handed over only to registered guardians.
- All staff are verified; teachers are trained in basic first aid.
- Safe transport arrangements for children from surrounding villages.
Reporting a concern
If you believe a photograph should not be on this website, or you have any child-safety concern relating to our online presence, contact the school office immediately — by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact page. Such reports are treated with priority and confidentiality.
